These terms apply to all purchases made on snowlight.store ("the Store"), operated by Snowlight Store ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell the Snowlight Christmas Sky Projector and bundles of it. Lifestyle and room images on the Store are illustrative; the actual light effect depends on room brightness, distance and surface. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product use
Use the product as described in the included instructions. Do not look directly into the light source and keep small parts away from young children.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
