We want you to love your Snowlight projector. If you're not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is returned with all included parts and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is provided.
How to start a return
- Email support@snowlight.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us — parcels sent without instructions may not be accepted.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Bundles
Items from a bundle (for example, Buy 3 Get 1 Free) can be returned. If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund is based on the price you actually paid per unit in that bundle.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
